Dear Cloud 9,
We just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know the bed we bought a couple of weeks ago is past AMAZING!!!,
Due to a severe back injury sustained in a rear-end accident, my wife has had to sleep in a recliner or in an almost upright position on a couch for about 20 years. I have sleep-apnea and use a CPAP machine to get any sleep at all, but for the past 5+ years, I have not been able to sleep through the night and suffer with a lot of hip, shoulder, back and miscellaneous body pain. Neither of us could get a good night's sleep even though we had a very nice name-brand mattress.
We can not find the words to tell you how ABSOLUTELY GREAT it feels to be able to get a full night's sound sleep and to be able to do it in the same bed is nothing short of a miracle.

Do's & Don't's of Mattress Care

DO give your new mattress time to "air out" after removal of plastic wrapping.

DO carry your mattress flat on its side. You'll be less likely to damage the mattress.

DO use a mattress pad to keep your bedding clean.

DO purchase the matching foundation to provide proper support for your new mattress.

DO rotate your mattress head-to-foot monthly for the first six months; every three months thereafter. If your mattress is dual-sided, add turning to this procedure.

DO rotate your foundation every three months.

DO use an appropriate frame with center-supports for queen and king size sets to ensure that your warranty remains in effect. (See above illustration.)

DON'T place your mattress near an open flame or smoke in bed.

DON'T stand or jump on your mattress.

DON'T get your mattress wet. Some of the upholstery materials may compress.

DON'T place a board between the mattress and foundation.

DON'T bend your mattress. This may damage the innerspring unit.

DON'T use cleaning fluids on your mattress.

DON'T iron on your mattress. This may cause the cover to deteriorate.

DON'T remove the Law Label. This tag is used for identification and its removal will void your warranty.

• Please rotate your mattress every other month. Most of today’s mattresses do not need to be flipped.
• If you have purchased a Queen or King, it must have a frame with a Center Support. If you do not have a center support, your bed will fail. Any warranty will be voided.
• You should keep a mattress protector over your bed to keep life’s little problems from soiling your bed. Any soiling rips, stains, or tears will void the factory warranty and/or the 30-day sleep guarantee.
• 30 Day Sleep Guarantee only applies to bedding purchases that have also purchased a Mattress Protector thru Cloud 9, prior to taking possession of mattress (es). If customer decides to invoke 30 Day Sleep Guarantee, Cloud 9 will assist the customer in the reselection process through the Cloud 9 stores. A full refund will be subject the 30% restocking fee as stated on the original receipt.
• If Cloud 9 has to exchange an item (i.e. box springs or comfort choice), a $49.99 Delivery Fee will be accessed.
• If Cloud 9 has to swap a standard foundation for a low-profile foundation after time of purchase, a $40 Exchange Fee will be accessed. All exchanges must be done within 30 days from receipt of original purchase and will be subject to the Delivery Fee explained above.
• All sheets and mattress protectors can only be exchanged if in original package, unopened.
• All Special Order purchases are final sales.
• All Layaways are non-refundable.
• All Pillow sales are final.
