Dear Cloud 9,
We just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know the bed we bought a couple of weeks ago is past AMAZING!!!,
Due to a severe back injury sustained in a rear-end accident, my wife has had to sleep in a recliner or in an almost upright position on a couch for about 20 years. I have sleep-apnea and use a CPAP machine to get any sleep at all, but for the past 5+ years, I have not been able to sleep through the night and suffer with a lot of hip, shoulder, back and miscellaneous body pain. Neither of us could get a good night's sleep even though we had a very nice name-brand mattress.
We can not find the words to tell you how ABSOLUTELY GREAT it feels to be able to get a full night's sound sleep and to be able to do it in the same bed is nothing short of a miracle.
Thank God we stopped by to check you all out and thank God you carry the amazing Latex Bliss Beautiful mattress we bought on that crazy, snowy Saturday.

Limited Warranty

Length of Warranty

This warranty begins on the date of purchase. The warranty term code is found on the Law Label of the mattress. A complete listing of these term codes may be found on the next page. A Warranty repair or replacement of the mattress or the foundation does not extend nor renew the original warranty.

Warranty Claims Procedure

Should a problem with your sleep set occur due to a manufacturing or material defect, contact the store of original purchase. If there is a problem contacting this store please contact the factory listed on this card.

If the problem occurs during the full coverage period, only the defective piece will be repaired or replaced at the factory's option, at no charge, except for transportation cost. If the problem occurs during a pro-rata period the charge for repair will be based on the warranty schedule.

Repair or replace are the only options in this warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective part with equal or better materials. To validate this warranty you must be the original purchaser and have your original store purchase receipt.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Covering materials
  • Normal body impressions (less than two inches)
  • Damage caused by abuse or failure to rotate one-sided mattresses
  • Damage caused by abuse or failure to turn and rotate dual-sided mattresses
  • Mattress purchased without matching foundation/box spring
  • Damage from use of non-supportive frame
  • Any product returned in unsanitary condition will be refused warranty service regardless of original problem.
